What it is about.
A phone assistant that takes calls, books appointments and notes call-backs. An inbox that sorts itself and prepares replies. A chat on your website that knows your prices and opening hours. Set up for your business, with your rules.
The phone rings while you are with a customer. The inbox holds the same five questions as last week. And in the evening someone writes on the website asking whether you are open on Saturday. Each enquiry is quick to answer, together they eat your day.
AI assistants take exactly this part off your hands. On the phone, a natural voice answers the call, handles simple questions, books appointments and notes who wants a call back. In the inbox, emails are sorted and replies prepared; you only read them over and press send. On the website, a chat answers what is on the site anyway, even at eleven at night.
The assistant knows your business because we give it everything it needs together: services, prices, opening hours, the way you say things. It says openly that it is an AI and hands over to you as soon as things get tricky. What it may and may not do is up to you.

01Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, and they should. The assistant says so right at the start. Most people do not mind as long as the answer is right and quick, and anyone who prefers a person is put through or called back.
02What happens to the data?
As little as possible is stored, and only what the enquiry needs. I work with providers under a data processing agreement and explain beforehand exactly where what is kept. We adapt your privacy policy together.
03Does it replace my staff?
No. It takes the recurring questions off their hands so there is time for the conversations that need a person. With anything tricky, the assistant hands over.
04What does it cost?
That depends on what the assistant should do and how many calls or emails come in. You get a fixed price in writing for the setup and a clear monthly amount for running it.
